Publicize an Event at SIPA
If you are a member of the Columbia University community, you can post your events to the SIPA Web Calendar using SUNDIAL.
*In order to use SUNDIAL and submit your events to the SIPA Events calendar you must request a SUNDIAL account and attend a brief training session. Please email Phoebe Ford (firstname.lastname@example.org) to obtain an account.
*SIPA Student Organizations must submit their events to the Office of Student Affairs by filling out the OSA Event form.
If you are not affiliated with Columbia University directly, please fill out our event form.
Every Friday while school is in session, SIPA sends an events email that promotes two weeks of events. This email is sent to all SIPA staff, faculty, students, alumni, and event list subscribers.
All events published to the SIPA Events Calendar through SUNDIAL will be included in the email. To have your event included in the Friday email, you must submit your event through SUNDIAL by 5:00 PM, Wednesday.

* Events will be included as they appear in SUNDIAL on Thursday morning. If there is a change to your event on Thursday or Friday, please notify Phoebe Ford (firstname.lastname@example.org) to make sure the change appears.
Events submitted through SUNDIAL will be automatically considered for publication through SIPA Facebook and Twitter.
If your event is not on SUNDIAL, please email email@example.com to have your event posted to SIPA's Facebook and Twitter accounts.
*All SIPA Student Organization Events must be approved by SIPA's Office of Student Affairs before they are posted to SIPA's Facebook and Twitter accounts.
