Each program is developed based on an agreement between the Center and the individual client and can be offered on-campus at Columbia or on-location at your corporation.

In conjunction with the Civil Service Bureau, the Picker Center has designed one-week programs that provide directorate civil servants an opportunity to examine key challenges in policy formulation and implementation.

In conjunction with the Bank of Chile, the Picker designed a program to train 100 senior officials from the corresponding ministries of the Chilean government in the areas of public management, energy, environment, finance and urban development.

In partnership with US AID and the East-West Management Institute, the Picker Center was awarded a four-year grant to help design and implement a world-class MPA program at Ilia State University in Tbilisi, Georgia.
